HERMITAGE, Pa. — The Pittsburgh district office of the Small Business Administration awarded Leslie J. Bush, vice president at First National Bank, its Champion Award in recognition of her work as an advocate for the small-business community. Bush is the manager of the bank’s Small Business Center and serves as the initial point of contact for SBA loans. She has helped process about 500 small-business loans.
