Prom traffic blitz planned by Youngstown police

YOUNGSTOWN — A reminder for Chaney High School promgoers: City police will conduct a “prom traffic blitz” on Saturday, prom day, concentrating on impaired rivers, speed and safety belt violators. Officers will be working the streets near the high school on Hazelwood Avenue.
