Dann Live: Report: Reports calls for ouster of Gutierrez

A recommendation was sent to Attorney General Marc Dann that his services director Anthony Gutierrez be fired. This followed an investigation that revealed he created a hostile working environment, participated in sexual harassment and had accidents in state vehicles.

Also, Leo Jennings III, communications director, is recommended for harsh discipline and Edgar Simpson, chief of staff, also is recommended for discipline for their knowledge and/or interference of items reviewed in the investigation.
