TRUMBULL COUNTY Indictments

The Trumbull County grand jury returned indictments against several people Wednesday. They will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. next Thursday before Judge Andrew Logan. Those indicted and the charges against them:

Lawrence Jose Hammer, 24, of Brookfield, receiving stolen property.

Meredith Lavette Fauvie, 37, of Cortland, disorderly conduct; remanded to Trumbull County Central District Court as a misdemeanor. An assault charge was dismissed.

Christina J. Knepper, 28, of Niles, aggravated vehicular assault while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; failure to stop after an accident.

Leonard S. Bumbico, 30, of Warren, possession of cocaine.

David P. Baker, 37, of Warren, possession of drugs; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; remanded to Niles Municipal Court as misdemeanors.

Gregory Albani, 44, of Warren, possession of drugs; remanded to Niles Municipal Court as a misdemeanor.

Kenneth L. Wilson, 47, of Niles, possession of cocaine.

Mark A. Naylor, 30, of Staten Island, N.Y., possession of cocaine (two counts); possession of drugs; aggravated possession of drugs.

Eric R. Ferguson, 33, of Mineral Ridge, burglary (four counts).

Tyler Maha, 22, of Hermitage, Pa., possession of heroin.

Gary A. Williams, 51, of Warren, tampering with evidence; possession of cocaine.

Michael R. Tenney, 55, of Bristol, violating a protection order.

Denis Lee Jordan, 51, of Warren, aggravated possession of drugs (two counts); possession of drugs.

Dwayne Pixley, 40, of Warren, complicity to aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Dana Anthony Cicero, 41, of Niles, aggravated possession of drugs.

Shaun D. Evans, 29, of Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.

Jessica Lynn Richards, 28, of Warren, vandalism.

Joshua M. Wix, 20, of Leavittsburg, receiving stolen property.

Ademilson J. Smith, 25, of Cortland, breaking and entering (four counts). Two counts of receiving stolen property were dismissed.

Ryan S. Morris, 23, of Warren, rape with a firearm specification (two counts); felonious assault with a firearm specification; assault; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. An abduction charge was dismissed.

Gweri L. Casey, 34, of Youngstown, attempt to commit deception to obtain a dangerous drug; remanded to Girard Municipal Court as a misdemeanor.

Sheri Lynn Byers, 40, of Cortland, possession of cocaine.

John E. Fritch, 25, of Warren, vandalism.

Billie H. Gray Jr., 41, of Youngstown, breaking and entering; theft; possession of criminal tools.

Gary R. Stayer Jr., 22, of Hubbard, receiving stolen property.

Joseph Tennant, 35, of Warren, receiving stolen property.

Jackie M. Henderson, of Warren, improperly handing firearms in a motor vehicle; possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. A carrying a concealed weapon charge was dismissed.

Edward T. Lightening, 24, of Warren, carrying a concealed weapon; receiving stolen property; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle; possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Eddie Dean, 59, of Niles, forgery (two counts); possession of cocaine; receiving stolen property.

Raheean N. Butler, 26, of Warren, possession of cocaine; aggravated possession of drugs with specification of cash forfeiture; aggravated possession of drugs.

Christopher A. Brooks, 22, of Youngstown, possession of cocaine with cash forfeiture.

Robert B. Sagenich, 51, of Warren, identity fraud; misuse of a credit card; receiving stolen property (three counts); forgery (three counts).

David L. Reid, 59, of Warren, possession of cocaine.

Robert Schepka, 25, of Struthers, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Shontell L. Williams, 22, of Warren, aggravated burglary.

Calvin R. Barger Jr., 42, of Greenville, Pa., aggravated burglary.

Robert A. Grant, 46, of Warren, pleaded guilty by way of information by Judge Andrew Logan; sentenced to enter a drug program.
