Lisbon man indicted for rape

LISBON — A Lisbon man has been indicted for allegedly raping a girl, now 13, late last year. Robert L. Ehrhart, 63, of West Pine Street, faces two counts of rape, both with a force specification, and one count of sexual imposition, the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.

The attacks occurred in November or December 2007, according to the indictment. Prosecutors were not available to comment further on the charges.
