The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board will solicit public comments at a hearing on Valley View Downs, the proposed racetrack-casino complex .

When: 9 a.m. May 15.

Where: Mahoning Twp. Community Center on U.S. Route 224.

To speak: Sign up at least two days ahead of time at the gaming board’s Web site, www.pgcb.state.pa.us. Or, stop by the community center for a sign-up form.

Written comments will be accepted for up to 60 days after the hearing. The gaming board’s address is PGCB, office of the clerk, One Penn Center Suite 502, 2601 North 3rd St., Harrisburg, Pa. 17110.
