55-Plus Club of MINERAL RIDGE

X The 55-Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Church with Helen and Stine Rushen and Lorna Ramsey as hosts. Those attending are asked to take a casserole to share.

AARP 4330

X Austintown Chapter 4330, AARP, will meet April 8 at Grace Lutheran Church, 162 S. Raccoon Road, where blood pressures will be screened from noon until the 1 p.m. meeting. Members of the Green Team will provide supplies for a birdhouse building project.

Other events scheduled are: April 22, lunch for nursing home patients; May 13, spring luncheon; and Dec. 9, Christmas party.

X Cornersburg Happy Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Blue Wolf Banquet and Catering on Tippecanoe Road with Betsy Koneval presiding. X Girard Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at the center, 16 N. State St. A board meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. The dice game will be played after the business meeting.

LOWELLVILLE

X Lowellville Senior Citizens are reminded that the time for the meetings has been changed. Beginning Friday, meetings will be at noon at the conference room of Lowellville City Hall. X Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. X St. Christine Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Hostesses are Nancy Olsavsky, Frances Thomascovec, Tony Crish and Ann Smith. April birthdays will be observed, and there will be a 50-50 raffle, cards and bingo.

St. Nicholas

X St. Nicholas Seniors will have a luncheon meeting at 11 a.m. April 8 at Father Petric Social Hall with Laverne Cox presiding.
