Program will focus on buying a home

YOUNGSTOWN — Are you looking to buy a home in Youngstown? Community Connection will focus on that topic when it airs at 6:30 a.m. Sunday on WFMJ Channel 21.

Guests Janine Martindale of Buy Into Youngstown and George Garchar with Catholic Charities will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to share information and criteria for a $5,000 stipend available for city employees looking to buy a home in the city.

Lynda Moss McDougal and Tim Wagner of the Sankofa House for Women in Farrell, Pa., along with performer/singer Emma Cunningham will discuss an upcoming free concert and annual fund-raiser for the Sankofa House.
