Beatitude House is a transition living and education facility, providing women the opportunity to transform their lives. This donation will help participants become economically self-sufficient. Indecent behavior

YOUNGSTOWN — A 23-year-old college student told Youngstown State University police a man exposed himself to her about 10 a.m. Thursday. The woman said the man stopped his vehicle at the intersection of Arlington Street and Fifth Avenue even though he had the green light to proceed. The driver asked her for directions, and when the woman saw he was masturbating, she left the area. The white man was described as being in his mid-30s and driving a gray van with a red stripe.

Contract renewals

MINERAL RIDGE — Weathersfield Board of Education will meet in special session at 7 p.m. Monday at the middle school library to act on renewing contracts for three supervisors. Superintendent Michael Hanshaw said the district must renew the contracts by that day. Contracts to be renewed are those of the cafeteria supervisor, the bus coordinator and the school nurse.
