Plans announced for Kristy Wire and Isaac King

X Ron and Kathy Wire, 738 Oregon Ave., McDonald, and Doris and Roy King, 5692 state Route 103, New Washington, announce the engagement of their children, Kristy Wire and Isaac King, both of 1400 Edgewood Drive, Bucyrus.

Invitations will be issued for the nuptial ceremony, planned for 2 p.m. May 17 at St. Rose Church in Girard, and for an evening reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel hall in Youngstown.

The bride-elect, a graduate of Youngstown State University with an associate degree in applied science, is a registered dental hygienist at Allcare Dental and Dentures in Mansfield.

The prospective groom, a graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in surveying and mapping technology, is a professional surveyor for Makeever & Associates in Bucyrus.
