Catholic Charities agency to offer grief workshops

GIRARD — Catholic Charities Regional Agency will present a series of four workshops, “How to Help Yourself Through Grief,” from noon to 1 p.m. the first four Wednesdays in April at St. Rose Church, 48 E. Main St.

Licensed counselors Sister Pauline Dalpe, LPC, and Christine Williams, LPCC, will conduct the sessions. The series includes: April 2, The Grief Process; April 9, The Grief Journey; April 16, Losses and Complications of Grief; April 23, What Else Do I Need to Know?

Registration is necessary. The public is invited to attend each workshop or individual sessions.
