Pavlik tickets go on sale Friday

Tickets for Kelly Pavlik’s first middleweight title defense will go on sale at noon Friday at all Ticketmaster locations. Pavlik, who holds the WBC and WBO titles, will fight WBO No. 1 contender Gary Lockett on June 7 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Tickets are priced at $500, $300, $200, $100 and $50 and can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-736-1420 or by visiting www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available at the Boardwalk Hall box office. Pavlik won the titles with a seventh-round knockout of Jermain Taylor in September at Boardwalk Hall. His rematch bout with Taylor, which he won by unanimous decision, was not a title defense.
