Man found shot on South Side, in critical condition

YOUNGSTOWN — A man found shot in his car this morning on the South Side was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in critical condition, said Capt. Kenneth Centorame, chief of detectives. The victim, whose identity would be released later today, was hit in the neck while on Hilton Avenue around 10 a.m. He was able to give police a few details of what happened, Centorame said.
