CLUB CALENDAR | Area groups announce activities
ASSOCIATIONS
• Gourmet Group of Youngstown, American Association of University Women, will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Thursday at O’Charley’s on South Avenue. Hostesses for the event are Dr. Barbara Brothers and Beverly Gibson.
• William Penn Association, Branch 28, of Youngstown, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Eat’n Park in Boardman. The yearly agenda will be compiled, and a bus trip will be planned.
CLASSES
• Campbell Memorial High School Class of 1945 will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Nicolini’s Restaurant in Poland. Members of other classes and guests are welcome.
CLUBS
• Hubbard Fortnightly IV will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Full Circle Florist on East Liberty Street. The program will be “Learning Something” by Rodd Coonce, and members will make a spring arrangement. The cost is $20. Birthdays will be acknowledged.

• Ohio Cultural Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. April 7 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Via Mount Carmel. Cultural enrichment will be by Dr. Allan Mosher of Youngstown State University, and Italian songs will be presented by Jennifer Davis Mosher. The program will feature the ethnicity, religion and generosity of Tony Lariccia. A catered meal will be served; cost for the evening is $13 for members and $18 for nonmembers. • Dublin Grange will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The grange baking contest will take place for juniors, youths and adults. The theme for the lecture program will be Easter.
POLITICAL CLUBS
• Girard Men’s Democrat Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Parkwood Youth Center, Lamancusa Hall.
RELIGIOUS GROUPS
• Altar and Rosary Society of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, McDonald, will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the church for the rosary followed by a regular meeting.
• Court Bishop James McFadden 1650, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, will meet at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Sunrise Assisted Living, 335 McKinley Way West, Poland. Election of a nominating committee and a shower for Beatitude House are on the program. Hostess will be Mary Helen Mains.
