Miss McGouldrick, Mr. Klopta plan to wed in May

X AUSTINTOWN ¬≠— Melissa McGouldrick and T.J. Klopta, both of 4585 Kirk Road, are announcing their engagement and plans for their upcoming marriage.

The couple will be married at 1 p.m. May 31 in the Christman Room at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for a reception at the Byzantine Center at the Grove, also in Youngstown.

David and Karen McGouldrick, 241 S. Dunlap Ave., Youngstown, and Kim and Tom Jarvis, 209 Dunlap Ave., Youngstown, are parents of the bride-elect. She earned a bachelor's degree at Youngstown State University and is a traffic assistant at Summit Racing in Tallmadge.

Parents of the future groom are Tom and Linda Klopta, 1914 Chapel Hill Drive, Youngstown. He is a shipper with B R Wholesale Tire and Wheel in Youngstown and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree at YSU.
