THE CASUALTIES

As of March 19, 2008, 166 soldiers from Ohio have been killed in Iraq.

THE WOUNDED

As of March 15, 2008, at least 1,043 Ohio soldiers have been wounded in Iraq.

THE COST

The National Priorities Project, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit research group, estimates the war has cost Ohio $18.3 billion since the U.S. invasion in 2003.
