Date announced for Mihok-Galvin church wedding

X BOARDMAN — A spring wedding is planned by Erica Anne Mihok, a daughter of Dr. Gerald and Andrea Mihok, 6714 Tanglewood Drive, and Scott Robert Galvin of Ann Arbor, Mich, whose engagement is announced by her parents.

The future groom is a son of Michael and Deborah Meder of Mentor, and the late Thomas Galvin.

The couple will be married during an open ceremony at 1:30 p.m. May 17 at St. Charles Church. Their reception will take place by invitation at The Embassy in Youngstown.

A graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in photojournalism, Miss Mihok is a staff photographer with the New Castle News in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Galvin, a staff photographer with the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, received a bachelor's degree in photojournalism from KSU.
