FirstEnergy declares 55 cent quarterly dividend

AKRON — The Board of Directors of FirstEnergy Corp. declared an unchanged quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable June 1 to shareholders of record as of May 7.

Quaker Steak Lube to change name of sauce

SHARON, Pa. — Restaurant chain Quaker Steak Lube says it is renaming its “Suicide” hot sauce over complaints that the name is insensitive. Among those who wrote the company is a member of a Canton, Ohio, support group for loved ones of people who have committed suicide. The sauce will now be known as “SuperCharged.”

The motor-sports-themed restaurant said Monday the name has already been changed at newly opened restaurants, including one in Canton. It will change at other restaurants with new menus planned in May. The restaurant is based in Sharon and has more than 20 locations in about six states.
