Miss Sylak to wed Mr. Niehaus in June ceremony

X MINERAL RIDGE — The engagement of Rebecca Sylak, 27597 Remington Circle, Westlake, and Robert Niehaus, 1020 Huron Road, Cleveland, is announced by her parents, David and Sonja Sylak, 3757 Niles-Carver Road.

Parents of the prospective groom are Dr. Daniel and Susan Niehaus, 2189 Morrow Trail, Hamilton.

Miss Sylak, a business analyst with Hyland Software in Westlake, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Mr. Niehaus received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Xavier University in Cincinnati. He is a solutions engineer with Hyland Software.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows during a ceremony they have planned for 3 p.m. June 7 at St. Mary Church. Invitations will be extended for the wedding and for an evening reception at the Avalon Inn and Resort in Howland.
