WARREN — GMAC Eaton Group, a local real estate company, said it has formed a partnership with Chase to simplify the home-buying process. Chase loan officers are available to assist home buyers with mortgage applications and pre-approvals in each of GMAC Eaton’s three offices.

James Weaver to sell furniture in Pittsburgh

YOUNGSTOWN — James Weaver Office Environments said it is joining with Office Furniture USA to provide furniture to the Pittsburgh market. Office Furniture USA contracts with dealers and manufacturers to provide furniture to customers. James Weaver, now owned by Denise Powell, was founded in 1925. The downtown business offers furniture, accessories, flooring, wall coverings, lighting and other items.

Ribbon-cutting ceremony for manufacturing school

SHARON, Pa. — The Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Wednesday for the new location of Precision Manufacturing Institute, 892 S. Dock St. An open house will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The organization began training students in the manufacturing industry in 1987. It offers 18 diploma and certificate programs for students who are interested in pursuing a manufacturing career.
