Woman stunned by Warren cop suffers injury in Howland

HOWLAND— Heidi Gill, the woman who made national headlines when a Warren police officer repeatedly used a Taser stun gun on her last year, is hospitalized with multiple puncture wounds.

Township police are investigating the circumstances of her injury, which occurred this afternoon at a Howland home. Reports say Gill was taken to St. Joseph Health Center by a male friend.
