Grand jury

The grand jury indicted 17 people Wednesday not including two secretly. They will be arraigned at 2 p.m. Wednesday before Judge Andrew Logan. They are:

Jamar R. Holmes, 22, of Warren, possession of cocaine.

Juawuan Wright, 19, of Warren, aggravated robbery with a gun specification.

Deon J. Rogers, 18, of Warren, aggravated robbery with a gun specification.

Jesse J. Repko, 26, of Cortland, aggravated possession of drugs.

Steven E. Kuhn, 40, of Warren, forgery.

Kenneth A. White Jr., 36, of Warren, robbery.

Timothy L. Ayres, 34, of Warren, possession of cocaine; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rawsheen D. McElroy, 28, of Warren, possession of cocaine with a gun specification; being a convicted felony in possession of a weapon; carrying a concealed weapon.

Kenneth E. Parkey, 50, of Warren, domestic violence.

Brita F. Brogdon, 40, of Warren, criminal damaged; remanded as a misdemeanor to Warren Municipal Court.

Miguel S. Sanchez, 20, of Niles, breaking and entering (two counts); receiving stolen property.

Justin E. Beck, 29, of Youngstown, possession of cocaine; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shelley R. Flowers, 44, of Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer; remanded as a misdemeanor to Warren Municipal Court.

Darrell L. Allen, 35, of Warren, being a convicted felon in possession of a weapon; carrying a concealed weapon; receiving stolen property.

Scott Langham, 25, of Warren, domestic violence.

Jerald Q. Morgan, 33, of Detroit, Mich., carrying a concealed weapon; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Indictments were not handed up in these cases:

Chaella M. Branca, 29, of Niles, possession of cocaine.

Brian J. Mann, 32, of Warren, passing bad checks.

Brent P. Williams, 26, of Warren, felonious assault.

Andre M. Reed, 43, of Warren, domestic violence.

Donald C. Booth, 22, of Warren, domestic violence.

Brian K. Adkins, 26, of Kinsman, possession of heroin.

Dennis R. Nagle, 41, of Niles, failure to notify the sheriff of change of address.
