Heating assistance program extended

COLUMBUS — Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher announced that the Home Energy Assistance Program’s Winter Crisis Program deadline has been extended from March 31 to April 30.

The federally funded program assists qualified residents with winter residential-heating costs and is administered by the Ohio Department of Development.
