Nursing alumni plan celebration

YOUNGSTOWN — St. Elizabeth Health Center School of Nursing Alumni Association will celebrate homecoming April 20 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 343 Via Mount Carmel. Fifty-year Golden Jubilarians and the 25-year graduates will receive recognition. Tables will be reserved for alumni of the 1958 and 1983 classes.

Mass at noon will precede a social hour at 1 p.m., dinner from 2 to 3 and an alumni meeting from 3 to 4. A raffle will take place during the dinner.

Active alumni, their children and grandchildren who are pursuing degrees in nursing may apply for scholarships. Those who need financial help for medical needs should contact Mary Logue at (330) 788-3938 or request applications at the dinner.

The deadline for registrations is April 14, there is a charge of $3 for late registrations.
