Helping Hands needs women volunteers

YOUNGSTOWN — The Children’s Museum of the Valley needs volunteers for its Helping Hands organization, a group of women dedicated to supporting the museum through fundraising and “friendraising.” The museum seeks women from diverse segments of the community, including grandmothers, aunts, working or stay-at-home mothers, or anyone who wants to improve the lives of Valley children.

The Helping Hands coordinates two events, the Halloween Spooktacular and the Prince and Princess Brunch, but the goal is to develop more projects.
