ADOPTIONS

• Hugh and Renee (Necko) Annand of Luxby, Md., are announcing the adoption of their second child, a son, Noah Edward, from Guatemala, on Feb. 27. The grandparents are Ed Necko of Youngstown, Fran Necko of Austintown, Patti and Johnny Rowell of Castor, La., and Sherrye and Jerry Annand of Beaverton, Ore.
