X Announced by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stanton, 2549 Elm Drive, Girard, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Osipchak, 504 Spruce Drive, Lady Lake, is the engagement of their children, Valerie Stanton, 16297 Heather Lane, Middleburg Heights, and Marc Osipchak, 1502 Weymouth Circle, Westlake.

Miss Stanton graduated from the ICM School of Business in Pittsburgh with an associate degree in business/travel and tourism. She is a gate agent with Continental Airlines in Cleveland.

Mr. Osipchak is the program director at The Nord Center/Children’s Advocacy Center in Lorain. He earned a bachelor’s degree in social work at Youngstown State University and a master’s in social work administration at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for Dec. 6 and for their reception afterward, both in Las Vegas.
