Weddings: Denise Ream and Thomas Wood

X BOARDMAN — The gazebo in Boardman Township Park was the setting July 28, 2007, as nuptial vows were exchanged by Denise J. (Mason) Ream, 734 Rice St., Alliance, and Thomas J. Wood, 3099 S. Duck Creek Road, North Jackson.
The 1:30 p.m. wedding was officiated by Bishop Bruce Wright, a cousin of the bride, and a reception followed at the Alliance Senior Citizens Center.
Parents of the bride are Gary and Janeen Mason, 204 Shadyside Court, Alliance. She graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and is a special education teacher with Marlington Local Schools in Alliance.
The groom is a son of Scott and Mary Ann Wood, of the North Jackson address. He is the owner of Pinnacle Home Sales in Southington.
The bride's strapless A-line chiffon gown was embellished with Swarovski crystals and bugle beads and featured a corset back and sweep train.
Black gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Rachel Cantwell and Ann Mallard, and the bridesmaids, Erin Wood, Julie Hale and Susan Sahli. Junior bride was Victoria Ream, and flower girl was Sofia Bellino.
Bob Wood served as best man, and groomsmen were Dave Wood, Dan Wood, Chad Mason, and Johnny LaBelle. Ring bearers were Noah Myers and Jordan LaBelle, and the usher was Jeremy Lapikas.
After a wedding trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple live in Alliance.
