Crime: Death of an unidentified woman. The cause was undetermined.

Site: Westlake Terrace housing project on North Side, 111 Wirt St., Apartment 286.

Details: Decomposing body of woman found Oct. 31, 1995. She had possibly been dead about a month.

Description of subject: Possibly a white woman in her mid- to late 30s with straight, dark hair, 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 100 to 120 pounds.
