Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.

Wednesday, March 12: Barbecue riblet with sauce, cheesy mashed potatoes, green beans, Diamond Jim bun, apple juice and milk.

Thursday, March 13: Chicken parmigiana, broccoli cuts, cauliflower, whole wheat bread, apricot halves and milk.

Friday, March 14: Macaroni and cheese, diced carrots, unsweetened hot cinnamon applesauce, wheat bread with margarine, mandarin oranges and milk.

Saturday, March 15: Cold cuts on a bun with mayonnaise, carrots with ranch dressing, apple and orange juice.

Monday, March 17: Corned beef, mashed potatoes, buttered cabbage, rye bread with margarine, diced pears and milk.

Tuesday, March 18: Chicken-broccoli casserole, mixed vegetables, unsweetened hot cinnamon applesauce, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.

Trumbull county

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
