Vacant house burns on Youngstown’s North Side

YOUNGSTOWN — A vacant house at 3165 Dearborn St. was deliberately set on fire around 1:45 a.m. today and, for safety reasons, allowed to burn down, the fire department said. Fire crews found the two-story North Side structure fully engulfed in flames when they arrived. Damage was set at $15,000, a total loss.
