Ice storm damage

Heavy rain and high winds caused trees to fall on power lines, causing outages in portions of Trumbull County starting at 10 p.m. Tuesday. Overall, 22,000 Ohio Edison customers in the county were without power. Service may not be restored until late today for about 5,000 customers in these areas:

XLeavittsburg; Farmington; Kinsman; Cortland; Champion
