Columbiana Co. roads flooded

SALEM — State and local authorities say there are high-water problems in these Columbiana County areas:

In Elkrun Township, state Route 154 is closed near Elkton.

In Salem Township, the following roads are closed except for residents of the roads: Lisbon-Canfield Road between state Route 558 and state Route 344; Old State Route 558 between State Route 558 and Jersey Ridge Road; and Butcher Road between Lisbon-Canfield Road and Jersey Ridge Road.
