Harding pounds Mentor, 88-61

CLEVELAND — The Warren Harding basketball team (23-1) dominated Mentor from start to finish Wednesday in an 88-61 victory at Cleveland State University.

The Raiders advance to Saturday’s regional championship game against Lakewood St. Edwards, which defeated Elyria 70-65.

Senior Chris Henderson led the way for the Raiders with a 30-point effort, while Sheldon Brogdon added 18 and Damian Ergle had 12 points and 11 rebounds.
