James G. Fahey of Mogadore has been hired by Boardman-based Hill, Barth and King as information and project director. He previously was firm administrator and network administrator for a firm in Akron. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science, industrial management from the University of Akron.

MEDICINE

The North Lima Care Center has added Dr. Leslie Murphy to its staff. Dr. Murphy is a family practice physician and is joining Dr. Charles Wagner at the center. Dr. Murphy is a graduate of Youngstown State University and received her medical degree from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. Her residency training was completed at Barberton Citizens Hospital in Barberton and has been in private practice for five years in the Mahoning Valley.
