Jameson wins fourth state title
Fitch High's Tony Jameson became the 16th wrestler in state history to win four state titles when he defeated Tecumseh's T.J. Rigel 8-4 in the finals Saturday night.
Jameson has now claimed titles at 103, 119, 135 and 145 pounds and ended his career with a record of 168-6.
He received two standing ovations from the crowd of over 15,000 and was presented with his medal by his father Ken.
Jameson will begin his college wrestling career next year in the same place he finished his high school career - Ohio State.
