BALDWIN WALLACE COLLEGE, BEREA, OHIO

Jamie Serenko of Boardman has been elected president of the student body. Serenko, daughter of Gene and Laurie Serenko, is a junior majoring in biology and pre-medicine. She is a Center for Innovation and Growth Student Fellow, a member of the Baldwin Wallace Strategic Planning Committee and a resident assistant. She is a 2005 graduate of Boardman High School.

WESTMINSTER COLLEGE, NEW WILMINGTON, PA.

Danielle McCullough of Sharpsville and Natasha Kassim of Canfield won honorable mention awards for their work on the Economic and Social Council Committee at the 48th annual Midwest Model United Nations conference in St. Louis in February. The two were part of the eight-member Westminster Model United Nations Club representing Romania at the conference. This was the team’s first Model UN conference appearance. McCullough, daughter of Wayne McCullough and Catherine Spears, is a senior history major and a graduate of Liberty High School. Kassim, daughter of Laurie Kassim, is a junior biochemistry and political science major and a graduate of Canfield High School.
