“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m. Sunday, WFMJ Channel 21; and 7 p.m. Wednesday on Time Warner Cable Channel 15 in Trumbull County): The U.S. Department of Labor has one of the best -kept secrets in the Mahoning Valley: the U.S. Job Corps. Brenda Spencer, career transition specialist with the corps, will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the local job outlook and opportunities for youths and young adults. Spencer will discuss the program in detail and offer information on how to enroll and get more information.

Next, Jere Beulah, Ray O’Neill and Cheryl Goodlin will discuss their new movie, “Greater Threat.” Jere Beulah, known as Jere B, is one of the founding members of local band SounDoctrine, which created the theme music for “Community Connection.”

“Sunday Morning With Dee” (8 a.m., WKBN-TV 27): The Northeast Ohio affiliate of the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation was awarded a grant of $89,000 to provide mammograms for 950 women in the Mahoning Valley region. Al Stabilito, public relations director of the American Cancer Society’s Northeast Ohio region, will discuss the program.
