Honoring Carlin

Youngstown Film will pay tribute to the late comedian George Carlin before Wednesday’s screening of “Monty Python and the Holy Grail.” Carlin died Sunday.

The tribute will consist of a short series of clips of Carlin’s classic bits, said Michele McBride, a founder of Youngstown Film, who points out that it’s for mature viewers.

The event begins at 7 p.m. at the Butler North building, a former church next to the Butler Institute of American Art on Wick Avenue. Admission is $5.
