YSU reunion All-alumni event

Youngstown State University will offer a variety of entertainment and information sessions during its first All Alumni Reunion set for July 12. Some of the activities include:

7:45 a.m.: Fifth annual Smoky Hollow 5K Run and 1 Mile Family Fun Walk at Harrison Field.

10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Summer Festival of the Arts.

Noon to 5 p.m.: Special programs in all six YSU colleges.

Noon to 5 p.m.: Storytelling in the Curriculum Resource Center, Beeghly College of Education.

Noon to 5 p.m.: Children’s Museum of the Valley activities in Beeghly College of Education.

Noon to 5 p.m.: Scavenger Hunt at the alumni tent on Lincoln Avenue.

Noon to 4 p.m.: Super mileage car and lunar moon buggy displays, Moser Lobby, College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

12:30 to 4:30 p.m.: Department of Criminal Justice tours, including firearms training simulator and finger printing demonstrations, College of Health and Human Services.

1 p.m.: Lego robotics, Room 306, Moser Hall, College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

1 p.m.: Student and acting recitals in Bliss Recital Hall and Ford Theater, College of Fine and Performing Arts.

2 p.m.: Personal Financial Planning & Investing, Williamson College of Business Administration.

2 and 3 p.m.: Mock archeological dig, Room 418 DeBartolo Hall, College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences.

3 p.m.: Jazz at Dana, Room 2222, Bliss Hall, College of Fine and Performing Arts.

5 to 6:30 p.m.: Alumni dinner in the Chestnut Room, Kilcawley Center.

7 p.m.: Fort on the Fifty at Stambaugh Stadium.
