Scrappers fall, 8-0

NILES — The Mahoning Valley Scrappers did little right Thursday, losing 8-0 to the Williamsport Crosscutters at Eastwood Field. It was the team’s first loss of the season. Friday, the Scrappers open a six-game road trip at Batavia, N.Y., against the Muckdogs.
