Giant Eagle to close Cornersburg store July 12

CORNERSBURG — Giant Eagle said Tuesday that it is closing its supermarket at 3265 Canfield Road at the close of business July 12. The Pittsburgh-based company said it was making the move for financial reasons. The store’s 65 employees will be offered jobs at other corporate-owned stores, the company said.
