X COLUMBUS —SEmDSt. Joseph Cathedral was the setting on May 3 for the wedding of Kimberly Golden and Jose Moran Jr., both of 5124 Dexter Falls Road. The couple exchanged nuptial vows during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony solemnized by the Rev. Michael Gribble and accepted congratulations afterward at a reception at the Darby House in Galloway.

The daughter of Lynn Larson, 3817 Dunbar Ave., Austintown, and son of Gudelia and Jose Moran Sr., 2529 Bainbridge Ave., Austintown, have returned from a wedding trip to St. Lucia and live in Hyde Park, Cincinnati.

The bride’s strapless ivory matte satin gown featured a curved sweetheart neckline, a basque waist embellished with beading, and a box-pleated a-line skirt that flowed into a cathedral train.

Aqua blue gowns with chocolate sashes were worn by the bride’s sister and honor attendant, Beth Morell, and the bridesmaids, Jennifer Geisler, Katie Gabler, Janey Robbins and Rachel Reight. Flower girls were Grace Ryan and Claire Ryan.

Performing the duties of best man was Che Moran, the groom’s brother, and groomsmen were Eric Frystak, Derek Gulker, Jake Kranig, and Thomas Thornton.

Mrs. Moran graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral sciences.

Mr. Moran, also a graduate of OSU, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.
