CANFIELD — The city of Canfield has issued a boil order for residents on Skyline Drive until Tuesday because of a water line break. Residents are advised to boil water vigorously for at least one minute before using. This includes any water used for drinking, cooking and oral hygiene.

Children’s museum event

YOUNGSTOWN — The Children’s Museum of the Valley is having an event Tuesday centered on the “Five Little Monkeys” book series by Eileen Christelow.

Staff will be reading the books and having activities: 10 a.m., “Five Little Monkeys with Nothing to Do” and experiments with baking soda and vinegar; 11 a.m., “Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed” and parachute activity; 12:30 p.m., “Five Little Monkeys Bake a Birthday Cake” and science recipes; 1:30 p.m., “Five Little Monkeys Wash the Car” and building a monkey mobile; 2:30 p.m., “Five Little Monkeys Sitting in a Tree” and making alligator puppets; and 3:30 p.m., “Five Little Monkeys Play Hide-and-Seek” and a museum scavenger hunt. Admission to the museum at 139 E. Boardman St. is $5. Children under 3 are free.

New ID cards for vets

HERMITAGE, Pa. — New identification cards for veterans will be processed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 27 at the Hermitage Veterans Affairs Clinic on Kerrwood Drive. Any veteran who has a VA identification card without a picture or with a Social Security number listed on it must get the new secure ID card, which has vital information bar-coded. SA kettle collections
