October wedding for Katie Hoskins and David Frank

X YOUNGSTOWN — Katie Hoskins, 122 N. Portage Path, Akron, and David Frank, 1010 Merriman, Akron, will be married in an autumn ceremony in Akron.

Their engagement and plans for their upcoming wedding are being announced by her parents, Charles and Julie Hoskins, 2635 Christine Lane.

Parents of the future groom are James and Joan Frank, 1544 Pinecone, North Canton.

St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Akron will be the setting as the couple exchange nuptial vows at 2 p.m. Oct. 25. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for a reception immediately afterward in the church’s Zwisler Hall.

Miss Hoskins graduated with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from the University of Akron, where she is pursuing a master’s in education with a focus on literacy. She is a kindergarten teacher with Ohio Distance and Electronic Learning Academy in Akron.

Mr. Frank is a civil engineer with the GPD Group in Akron. He graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
