HUBBARD
June 6
Menacing: An Orchard Avenue woman told officers her former boyfriend was at her home and tried to kick in a door.
Theft: A man in the 300 block of Rebecca Avenue reported the theft of a lawn decoration.
June 7
Attempted burglary: A man in the 200 block of Raymond Drive found a broken window and a screen that had been cut, though no entry was made.
Theft: A woman’s wallet was missing, possibly from her vehicle on Lauretta Lane.
Criminal damaging: Two Hubbard men were arrested after damage was reported in the 200 block of Hager Street. One man was charged with criminal damaging, the other with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Criminal mischief: A Youngstown-Hubbard Road woman reported that furniture on her front porch had been tampered with.
LIBERTY
June 6
Criminal damaging: Rocks were likely used to smash six windows on an excavator on Terra Bella Drive, resulting in a $5,000 damage estimate.
Menacing: Two women told police a 21-year-old Girard man followed them in a vehicle, then threatened to harm and kill one of the accusers.
Domestic violence: A 36-year-old Girard man was charged after a family member alleged he grabbed her neck and pushed her backward, causing her to hit a wall during an argument about their kids.
Criminal damaging: A Warner Road man discovered five people damaged a window screen, a slat and a window to his residence.
Arrest: A vehicle registration check near Trumbull Avenue led to the arrest of a Girard man, 36, wanted on two warrants from Mahoning County charging him with passing bad checks.
Assault: A Hadley Avenue woman said her 51-year-old neighbor pushed her in the face as part of a dispute.
June 7
Assault: A Youngstown man, 42, faced charges of assault and menacing after authorities responded to an altercation at a Belmont Avenue restaurant. A worker alleged the irate man struck the employee’s face during a fight about the man’s daughter’s paycheck.
Assault: Two Logan Way men were in a fight in which one of the men said he was punched. The other reported being jumped on and attacked.
Domestic violence: A 28-year-old Girard woman was picked up near Belmont Avenue. She was wanted on a warrant from Boardman charging her with the crime.
June 8
Assault: A Church Hill Road woman alleged her former boyfriend, 38, pushed her arm against a door jamb, causing a minor injury, as she tried to collect her belongings.
June 9
Arrest: A Youngstown woman, 20, was charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of police and having fictitious license plates after being pulled over near Montrose Avenue. Initially, she had run a few stop signs and refused to stop, police said.

June 8
Burglary: A woman returned to her North State Street apartment to find that a door had been kicked in, the residence was ransacked and holes were in the walls.
Theft: A Youngstown girl, 16, and a 17-year-old Hubbard girl were charged with theft and complicity to theft, respectively, after alcoholic beverages were stolen from Santisi’s IGA Super Center, 419 N. State St.
Theft: A woman stole a bottle of soda from Liberty Expresso Market, 143 E. Liberty St.
Theft: An elderly Ella Street man reported his wallet, driver’s license and personal papers stolen.
Domestic violence: A 34-year-old Girard man was charged with domestic violence, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after his girlfriend, of St. Clair Avenue, reported having been threatened. Police had to use pepper spray as the intoxicated man struggled and became combative, the report showed.
Auto theft: A North Highland Avenue woman reported the theft of her 1999 Buick LeSabre.
Theft: A Church Hill Road woman suspected a 38-year-old Youngstown man of taking her $500 cell phone.
June 9
Theft: An Emma Street woman discovered roughly 42 pills missing from her home.
Attempted auto theft: An East Main Street woman discovered the steering column to her 1985 Pontiac had been damaged, apparently after someone tried to steal the vehicle.
Arrest: Authorities questioned two people near U.S. Route 422 and arrested a 23-year-old Girard man on a warrant charging him with theft.
Theft: A man told police a wallet containing $600 that belonged to his father, of Verona Avenue, was stolen.
June 10
Drugs/weapon: A Girard man, 39, was charged with drug abuse and being a convicted felon with a firearm as police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Washington Avenue. The man admitted having suspected marijuana and a .22-caliber firearm, both in his socks, the report said.
