Aug. 9 wedding will join Kelli Hart and Scott Hunter

X BOARDMAN — Thomas and Jodie Hart, 587 Forestridge Drive, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelli Elizabeth Hart, of the same address, and Scott Michael Hunter, 65 Stanton Ave., son of Patricia and Marlin Ford, 6850 Todd Ave. S.W., Lordstown.

The couple will be united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 9 in an open ceremony at Evangel Baptist Church, and a reception will follow by invitation at Avion on the Water in Canfield.

The bride-to-be graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University with a degree in special education. She will seek a teaching position in the fall.

The prospective groom, also a summa cum laude graduate of YSU, earned a degree in integrated math education. He is a math teacher at Boardman High School.
