Surprise luncheon marks 60 years for Mr. and Mrs. Esarco

X LOWELLVILLE — Mr. and Mrs. Alex Esarco, 6495 Lowellville Road, were the guests of honor at a surprise luncheon on June 7 at Nicolinni's Ristorante in Poland. The event marked the 60th anniversary of the couple's wedding, which was solemnized June 5, 1948, in Edinburg, Pa.

Invitations for the celebration were issued by their children and their spouses, Alex M. and Laurie Esarco of Flemington, N.J., and Linda and Steve Myers of Streetsboro. Also participating were their six grandchildren.

Mrs. Esarco, the former Ann L. Bonace, was a manager with Li'l Shopper in Poland prior to retiring in 1980.

Mr. Esarco served with the U.S. Maritime Service. He also retired in 1980 from his position as dispatcher with GATX in Masury. He is a former president of South County Democratic Club.
