Public records request

Former Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann filed a public records request with his former office. Here are the requests from Dann sent in a July 7 e-mail to the office:

1. An electronic copy of all of the documents personal to me that have been provided through public records requests to others. This includes but is not limited to schedules, e-mail and expense records.

2. I’d like any records of the names, address and contact information of anyone who has requested public records personal to me in any way.

3. I’d like copies, ideally electronic, of all of the talking points and speeches that I delivered.

4. We were in the midst of drafting an annual report of the office. I would like all drafts of that report prior to May 15, 2008.

5. I’d like copies of all news clippings accumulated during my term in office that relate to me or to our accomplishments in office.
