Scrappers win opener in State College

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Lonnie Chisenhall went 3-for-4 with a home run, double, three runs and three RBIs to lead the Mahoning Valley Scrappers over the State College Spikes, 7-6, in the opener of their three-game New York-Penn League series Monday night.

The Scrappers have won two straight after losing six in a row.
